Day 47 | Tiger Shrimp vs Lobster

Mi Gente. Guess what? I’m moving to another Airbnb again. Maybe I’ll get another gift of wine? 🍷 #hopeful

Yesterday’s party was @ Mwangole to celebrate the birthday of a friend. You already know, your doctor danced the whole night long.

Mi Gente, you saw my pictures of the food? Oysters! The biggest shrimp ever. Tiger shrimp 🐯 🍀 . Tastes like a lobster but its a shrimp. Big like a lobster too. Never saw anything like it. But I felt a little uncomfortable eating all this shrimp in front of live lobsters in a tank. I imagined the opposite, humans stuck inside a little air-bubble in the ocean, while giant Tiger-lobster-shrimp ate a dog or cat, looking as us like “hmmm, I wonder which human will be our next snack”… I decided not to order any lobster. πŸ˜‚ Also? Snails. Portuguese ppl love snails. I have no balls to eat that. Crawls on the floor. Eww. Wet little goo. In my mouth. Your boy ain’t eating no fucking snails. 🐌🐌🐌

Woke up feeling good, pumped and happy for my team in Canada. They are taking class seriously, helping each other, practicing and becoming better dancers. It took this Lisbon situation for them to step up, take responsibility and surpass my expectations. Kizomba Canada, you making me proud. πŸ‘ŠCan’t wait to see them and tell them about every story and adventure. And the good weatherβ˜€οΈπŸŒŠ. Mtl weather is not the same. I’ll have to adapt.

Your doctor can’t stop listening to Jay-z’s New album 4:44. Amazing inspirational album. His words carry strength and power and wisdom. πŸ‘ŠπŸ’ͺ

I’m missing my hairdresser, baby. My dreads are becoming a little bongo… I don’t trust anyone to touch my hair other than my hairdresser. She’s my Jamaican artist. My people, she sent your doctor money when she heard about the situation. Thank you. πŸ™Œ Thank you to EVERYBODY who sent money. Your boy is very thankful… and is still taking donations. πŸ˜‚ #nobutforreeal #13daysisalotofdaystogo
